Excellent info. Short sales are the majority of our market right now, and most of us agents are moving to work more of them. We do Sacramento area short sales and keep VERY busy around here as well.
It is definitely important for buyers and sellers to explore ALL options out there. Short sales still seem to be the best bet in most cases.
